Altrusa International of Pampa, Texas, Inc. met on Feb. 8, 2022, with president, Sheila Winton presiding. Lynne Moore and Mickie Hicks served as greeters. Paulette Landry attended as a guest.
Sheila Winton gave the Accent on “Heart Health Awareness” listing six things every woman should know about heart health. Heart disease is the nation’s leading killer of women.
Board Actions and Recommendations
The Board approved reinstated membership for Chris Stillwagon.
The Board approved reinstated membership for Twila Thomas.
The Board approved a $25 memorial donation in Mary McDaniel’s name to Altrusa International Foundation.
The club voted to donate $50 in Mary McDaniel’s name to the Altrusa International of Pampa Foundation Fund.
Ann Franklin and Lisa Crossman were elected District Conference delegates. Kadda Schale and Barb Hahn were elected to serve as alternate delegates.
Micki Hicks and Kerrick Horton were elected to serve on the Nominating Committee. Brenda Tucker will serve as Committee Chair.
