• Jadoen Dion Salinas, 27, Borger, was arrested by PPD for theft of property greater than/equal to $750 and less than $2,500, failure to identify a fugitive intent to give false information, bond surrender- failure to identify, bond surrender- failure to identify, displaying fictitious license play, operating vehicle without registration, operating a motor-vehicle without license plate, displaying expired registration, wrong fictitious altered/obstructed insignia, Hutchinson County- theft of property and Moore County- theft of property.

• Gary Wayne Teakell, 35, Pampa, was arrested by Texas DPS for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams.
• Joshua Parsons, 44, Pampa, was arrested by PPD on an unsafe lane change.
