Calvary Baptist Women’s Conference

Posted

Calvary Baptist Church, located at 900 E. 23rd Ave., will be having a Women’s Conference near the end of April.

Rachel Bridges and Taima Beam are members of the church’s Women’s Ministry Committee.

Though Calvary Baptist Church has hosted conferences for women in the past, it was mainly for the members of the church.

This year, the Calvary Baptist Women’s Conference is open to all the women in Pampa and surrounding areas.

The conference will be a two-day event, held on April 28th and 29th at Calvary Baptist Church. The theme of the event is “Abide”, based on John 15:4, “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me.”

Rebecca George, the host of Radical Radiance Podcast and author of Do the Thing: Gospel-Centered Goals, Gumption, and Grace for the Go-Getter Girl, will be the special guest speaker for the conference.

Enrollment for the Calvary Baptist Women’s Conference is open. The cost is $50 dollars for the retreat which includes registration fees and meals. Women wishing to register for this event must be 18 years or older.

Registration will end once all the spots are filled. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. Following registration, a confirmation email will be sent with instructions on how to pay.
