Cathy Ann McCain of Freeport Texas went to be with the Lord on August 13th 2022. She is no longer in pain. She is in paradise rejoicing. But we are lost without her.
Cathy was born in Pampa Texas January 21st 1959. She graduated from Pampa High class of 1977.
Cathy married Kevin McCain in June of 1977. Together they had four children and five grand children.
Cathy was employed by Texas Instruments, working in the credit union for 18 years.
Cathy was loved by everyone who knew her, she was patient, soft spoken and had a wonderful sense of humor.
Cathy was preceded in death by two children baby boy McCain, Kenneth Bradley McCain, one grandson Grayson Kirk, her parents Ancel and Claudine Carlos and her brother John Carlos.
Cathy and Kevin had been friends since second grade. They become best friends in high school, married during college and were married for 45 years. Cathy is survived by her husband Kevin McCain of Freeport Texas, Daughter Jennifer Kirk of Amarillo Texas, Son Christopher McCain of Magnolia Texas, daughter in-law Jessica McCain of Magnolia Texas, two wonderful grandsons Brayden and Kaysen of Amarillo Texas and two beautiful grand daughters Addison and Ashlynn of Magnolia Texas
Graveside services will be held in Pampa in Fairview cemetery on Saturday August 27th at 1:00pm.
Family and friends will gather before and after the ceremony at the McCain Ranch located south of Pampa at 7786 Highway 70 79065.
