Connia Lynn Bailey Habr passed away March 4, 2024 at the age of 76.
Graveside services will be on March 8, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean.
Pastor Thacker Haynes of Heald Methodist Church to officiate.
Viewing and visitation will be at the Robertson’s Funeral Directors in McLean Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 4-6 p.m.
Connia was born on April 4, 1947 to Lester and Wanda Bailey in Pampa, Texas.
She grew up on a farm in Kellerville, TX until the family moved to McLean when she was 15.
Connia married Danny Cliff Lee on December 28, 1968 at her parents’ home in McLean.
Together they had two children.
Connia loved music and she loved to dance.
She liked to crochet and sew.
Through the years, she grew her own gardens and canned.
Many family members and friends benefitted from her gifts.
Everything she baked was from scratch and she was a good homemaker.
She was a Baptist and loved listening to hymns.
She was preceded in death by her parents and twin sister, Donnia Walker.
Survivors are son, Lester Lee and wife Kala of Kelton; daughter, Terri Adams and husband Jim Bob of McLean; one brother, Walt Bailey and wife Bonnie of McLean; 9 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials to be made to the McLean Fire Department.
