Gloria Elaine Love, 67, of Pampa passed away on February 6, 2020 in Pampa.
Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Wesley Smith, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Gloria was born July 3, 1952 in Amarillo to Rudolph, Sr. and Doris Proby. She has been married to Ruzel Love, Sr. for over 43 years. In 2018, Gloria retired from Pampa Independent School District after 25 years of service. She was longtime and faithful member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Ruzel Love, Sr. of Vernon; 3 daughters, Doris Denise Vaughn and Michelle Lee Vaughn both of Wichita Falls, and Adrian Sophilia Cherry and husband Mitchell of Vernon; a son, Ruzel Love, Jr. and wife Kristi Lynn of Vernon; 3 sisters, Verdelle Davis and husband Lewis of Pampa, Vera Jo Scott and Verna Jo Scott both of Vernon; 2 brothers, Ronnie Proby, Jr. and wife Tommie Ruth and Rudolph Proby, Jr. and Anna all of Pampa; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; 2 special nieces, Cupid Proby and Lakisha Barrett.
