• Marlene Montalvo, 29, Canadian, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for prohibited substance/item in a correction/civic community facility, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Joshua Urban, 35, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Wylie Perry, 55, Borger, was arrested by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for forgery of a financial instrument.
• Mayra Loya Salcido, 36, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams and tampering/fabricating physical evidence.
• Darryl Horton, 18, Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, assault on a public servant, interference with a police service animal, resisting arrest/search/transport and instanter-disregarding a stop sign.
• Garrett Taylor, 22, Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for capias pro fine- no driver’s license and capias pro fine- expired registration.
