On Friday, June 19, 2020, the Pampa Police Department (PPD) received a report of a possible sex crimes case.
The PPD Criminal Investigations Division began investigating the allegations. Michael Andrew Loughmiller, 30 years of age, was listed as the suspect. The investigation led to the arrest of Loughmiller on Monday, June 22, 2020. He was transported to the Gray County Jail.
Loughmiller is facing the following charges: two counts of sexual assault, one count of indecency with a child by contact, and one count of sexual assault of a child.
This case is still under investigation and no other information will be released at this time.
