• Randall Wayne Oakley, 32, Lubbock, was arrested by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for sexual abuse of a child, continuous and child under 14 years of age.
Tuesday, Dec. 29
• Brenden Black, 26, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for assault to cause bodily injury to a family member.
Wednesday, Dec. 30
• Brenton Campbell, 36, Clarendon, was arrested by GCSO for Donley Co.- aggravated kidnapping.
• Joe Anthony Solis, 30, Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for online solicitation of a minor, Class “C” x10.
• Domya Lorenz Wright, 21, Snellville, Ga., was arrested by PPD for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group two greater than four grams and less than 400 grams, possession of marijuana greater than four ounces and less than five pounds and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
