• Christopher Clements, 43, Pampa, was arrested Wednesday by Pampa Police Department for capias pro fine- no seat belt (x3), capias pro fine- driving while license suspended and warrant of arrest- no seat belt.
• James Middleton, 44, Pampa, was arrested Wednesday by PPD for capias pro fine- dumpster scavenging.
• Chelsea White, 19, Pampa, was arrested Wednesday by PPD for theft of firearm and possession/delivery of drug paraphernalia.
• Christian Petit, 22, Lefors, was arrested Wednesday by PPD for capias pro fine- no driver’s license and capias pro fine- failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• Christopher Driscoll, 34, Pampa, was arrested Wednesday by PPD for driving while license suspended.
