Calvary Baptist will be hosting its annual Vacation Bible School from June 4th through the 8th. This year’s theme will be Zoomerang, an Australian-based ministry program geared toward children.
Marcie Costley, an employee at Calvary Pampa, gave more information about the week-long event.
“The vacation bible school is designed for grade school-aged children, meaning Kindergarten through 5th grade,” Costley said. “Throughout the week, the kids will be divided into age-specific groups for their lessons and activities.”
From 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm each day, kids can enjoy crafts, game time, and snacks. On the final day of bible school, Calvary Pampa has a special surprise for the attendees.
“On the final night, the church has the water park reserved,” Costley said. “The children will meet at the church as normal. At 8:00 pm, the parents will come to pick up the kids and transport them to the water park.”
