The following indictments were filed in the 31st Judicial District Court for the month of July 2023.
• Amilcar Salvador Gomez-Salas, 33, was indicted for smuggling of persons commited on November 12, 2022, a third degree felony with a bond of $15,000.00.
• Amilcar Salvador Gomez-Salas, 33, was indicted for money laundering in an amount greater than or equal to $2,500.00 but less than $30,000.00 commited on November 12, 2022, a state jail felony with a bond of $12,500.00.
• William Homer Grayson, 46, was indicted for money laundering in an amount greater than or equal to $2,500.00 but less than $30,000.00 commited on January 22, 2023, a state jail felony with a bond of $12,500.00.
• William Martin Attebery, 31, was indicted for posession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1/1-B in an amount greater than or equal to 1g but less than 4g commited on June 28, 2022, a third degree felony with a bond of $15,000.00.
• William Martin Attebery, 31, was indicted for posession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1/1-B in an amount less than 1g commited on July 1, 2022, a state jail felony with a bond of $12,500.00.
• William Martin Attebery, 31, was indicted for posession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1/1-B in an amount less than 1g commited on May 19, 2023, a state jail felony with a bond of $12,500.00.
• James W. Davenport, 49, was indicted for posession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1/1-B in an amount greater than or equal to 400g commited on January 22, 2023, a first degree felony enhanced carrying a ten year minimum sentence with a bond of $35,000.00
• Kristy Danyelle Compton, 36, was indicted for posession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1/1-B in an amount greater than or equal to 4g but less than 200g commited on June 11, 2023, a second degree felony with a bond of $20,000.00
• David Ray Compton, 46, was indicted for posession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1/1-B in an amount greater than or equal to 4g but less than 200g commited on June 11, 2023, a second degree felony enahnced with a bond of $45,000.00.
• Armando Sanchez Jr., 37, was indicted for prohibited substance/item in a correctional/civil commitment facility commited on March 18, 2023, a third degree felony with a bond of $15,000.00.
• Jesse Cipriano Cantu, 49, was indicted for posession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1/1-B in an amount greater than or equal to 1g but less than 4g commited on March 18, 2023, a third degree felony enhanced to second degree with a bond of $20,000.00.
• Samantha Ann Capenter, 51, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance of penalty group 1 in an amount greater than or equal to 4g but less than 200g commited on May 14, 2023, a first degree felony enhanced with a 15 year minimum sentence and a bond of $45,000.00.
