Wheeler County indictments

The following indictments were handed down by the 31st Judicial District Court:

• Inna Boliuta, 53, was indicted for stalking. A third-degree penalty with a bond of $25,000.

• Kenneth James Bowman, 48, was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender’s duty to register. A third-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement and a bond set at $50,000.

• Terri Elaine Brummitt, 32, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group two greater than/equal to four grams and less than 400 grams. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $20,000.

• Christopher Michael Campbell, 24, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group two less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $12,500.

• Michelle Campos, 40, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than 200 grams. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $20,000.

• Georgie Jie Cheng, 29, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group two greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Arissa Tianna Cooke, 38, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Justin Drake Cook, 35, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Alicia Michelle Gray, 42, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $12,500.

• Troy Lee Frye, 47, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. A third-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement and a bond set at $50,000.

• Harold David McNair II, 32, was indicted for money laundering greater than $30,000 and less than $150,000. A third-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement and a bond set at $50,000.

• Nikayla Suzanne Ramsey, 24, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group two greater than/equal to four grams and less than 400 grams. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $20,000. Ramsey had two indictments for this charge.

• Delaney Nicole Sinclair, 20, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $12,500.
