Linda Lambright, 71, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and formerly of Pampa, passed away surrounded by her loving family in Oklahoma City.

Celebration of life services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 20, 2023 at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Rev. Byron Williamson, pastor of First Baptist Church of Pampa, officiating. A burial will follow at Memorial Heights Cemetery in Lefors under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Linda was born on December 22, 1951, in Pampa to William and Helen Lambright. She grew up and attended school in Pampa. She shared most of her life in both Pampa and Amarillo before moving to Oklahoma to be closer to family. Linda worked in a few different occupations that included being a cook and home health, but her true calling in life was serving as a nurses’ aide. She had an incredible passion to be help and advocate for the many seniors she cared for.

Just like the love for her patients, Linda had great love for her family, they were the most important thing in her life. She was a generous woman who loved everyone and always put others before herself. Linda will be remembered a giving and loving woman who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, James Lambright Harry Lambright, and Eddie Lambright; and by a half-brother, Billy Gibson.

Linda is survived by five daughters, Milisa Spencer and husband Ken, Betty Redwine, all of Amarillo, Tammy Croft of Brownsboro, Jeanne Marrugo and husband Michael Colitti of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Milinda Holt and husband Guy Perdue of Brownsboro; grandson/son, Zay Marrugo of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; a sister, Carolyn Lambright; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and other extended family members.
