Robert Todd Lemmons, Jr. of Double Oak, Texas passed away 27 October 2023 in Carrollton, Texas. He was born 2 September 1952 in Kingsville, Texas to Robert Todd Lemmons and Rita Faye (Moss) Lemmons. The family moved to Pampa in 1954 where Todd graduated 7th in his class in 1970 attaining National Honor Society status. He was a member of First Methodist Church and Boy Scouts. He continued his education at The University of Texas at Austin earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1974 -- Honors Graduate and Tau Beta Pi member.
Todd began his career with Westinghouse Electric in their industrial motor repair shop in Houston. His expertise grew to include electrical switchgear which led him to travel across the south and south-central US servicing major corporate and government facilities. He worked in the same position at Cutler Hammer in Dallas and Eaton in Irving, Texas; retiring in 2015.
Todd was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by brothers Russell Lemmons (Mimi) and Barry Lemmons, nieces Leta Simpson and Melanie Schroeder (Kenny), nephew Jeremy Lemmons. Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
